Maintag Publisher Terms of Service

These terms apply to Maintag Publisher, an internal tool operated by HT&DT Sp. z o.o. (Marbily), NIP 7010490802, Poland.

1. Purpose

Maintag Publisher schedules and publishes our own educational short videos and photo carousels to our own TikTok account (@maintag_). It is used only by our own team and is not offered to other users or businesses.

2. Use

Only authorised members of our team may use the tool. All content published through it is created or licensed by us and must follow the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and, where music is used, the TikTok Music Usage Confirmation.

3. Publishing

Before each post the user sees the account it goes to, chooses the privacy setting, chooses whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed, marks any commercial content, and can preview and edit the caption. Nothing is posted without that review.

4. TikTok

The tool uses the official TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok. TikTok may change or end access to its API at any time.

5. Liability

The tool is provided as is for our internal use. We are responsible for the content we publish with it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
