Maintag Publisher Privacy Policy

Maintag Publisher is an internal tool operated by HT&DT Sp. z o.o. (Marbily), NIP 7010490802, Poland. It is used only by our own team to schedule and publish our own educational short videos and photo carousels to our own TikTok account (@maintag_). It is not offered to the public and no other TikTok users connect their accounts to it.
What data the tool uses
- Basic profile information of our own TikTok account (open ID, display name, avatar) received through TikTok Login Kit, used to show which account a post goes to.
- Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok, used only to publish content that we created ourselves.
- The videos, images, captions and post settings that our team prepares for publishing.
What we do not do
- We do not collect data about other TikTok users, viewers or followers.
- We do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties.
- We do not use the data for advertising or profiling.
Storage and security
Tokens are stored on our own server, encrypted in transit, and are accessible only to the tool. Content files are kept on our own servers until they are published. Tokens are deleted when access is revoked.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services permissions. After revocation the tool can no longer publish and the stored tokens are deleted.
